Situated in Kamloops’ North Shore region, the Thompson Landing project is ideally located on the shore of the Thompson River. This development includes 2 multi-family buildings atop a common parkade. Both buildings, one 4-storey and the other 5 storey, are oriented to maximize views of the lake for every unit. Angling the buildings in this manner also creates a large communal outdoor terrace space where views of the river can also be enjoyed. Both buildings feature a mix of studio, 1-bedroom, and 2-bedroom units, along with shared amenity spaces and bike storage.
