OUR APPROACH

Team Structure
Our team structure for every project we undertake includes a Principal Architect, a project lead and design staff. Once the project reaches design development, a senior technologist joins production to develop working drawings. Our senior peer reviewers check-in on the quality of design, constructability and building code compliance through the design phases. Once under construction, the project manager functions as construction administrator with the assistance of site personnel.

Transparency
Our studio culture allows ease of communication and transparency, improves our designs, fosters strategy on representation approaches and solving building code implications early. We pin-up in studio for group reviews and meet monthly online to ensure each office is learning and growing as a team and as individuals. This transparency is essential to collaboration and quality control.

Quality Control Procedure
We engage in four in-house peer review stages to ensure consistency and quality of work. A design review happens prior and after the schematic design phase, a technical and code review at design development and a constructability and drawing standards review prior to building permit submission.
