Funded through CMHC, this cooperative will house 27 units for various demographics that choose to live intentionally in community. The development is targeting net zero through solar array and heat-pump systems for heating/cooling and hot water. A community garden and root cellar with shared supplies and amenities are some of the features of this development envisioned by Propolis Housing Cooperative.
