This proposed mixed-use community redevelopment explores the transformation of the existing Peace Lutheran Church property into a vibrant neighbourhood hub in Vernon, BC. The concept includes approximately 20 stacked townhouse units, flexible community gathering spaces, childcare opportunities, and the adaptive re-use of portions of the existing church facility for community-oriented uses. Designed to support social connection, housing diversity, and long-term sustainability, the project aims to create an inclusive environment that strengthens both the congregation and the surrounding community.
