'The Morrison' creates a scale of shared and private spaces while presenting a pattern language of the single-family home from the street. This four-unit infill project forms a T-shape in plan block flipped diagonally across the site to create an internal courtyard that all units orient around, providing privacy for entry doors from the street, a central garden area – allowing for greenery, daylighting, and cross ventilation, and a common space of engagement for neighbours. The rear garages are designed for function and to connect with neighbours.
