This 20-unit facility was completed in 2025 and has been designed for three different funding requirements. This means we developed a design that met different universal/accessibility requirements as well as different energy targets. The site is situated next to a creek so the design strategy included designing to flood plain levels as well as riparian setbacks. Solar arrays were installed on the roof of the building and each tenant can follow their own energy usage.
