The affordable housing development comprised of 27 residential units lo-cated within a prominent downtown site in Golden. The project integrates flexible ground-floor spaces intended to support small local business initiatives and strengthen connections to the surrounding community. The architectural design is inspired by Golden’s timber-frame heritage and reflects the character and identity of the downtown neighbourhood.
