3708 25th Ave aims to provide 3 bedroom units to Vernon's expanding multi-family housing market (see diagram 1). The multi-family developments in the area currently do not address the street and create privatized lots with parking at the front. Our new development will have private, tandem parking for each unit with a formalized walkway along the building instead. The front and rear of the units face west and east respectively which provides a perfect angle to view the Okanagan's sunsets along with private patios and glazing within the units open concepts.
