This 17 unit development will begin construction by the end of March 2025. Taking on the densification of a lot in the coveted lower Glenmore neighbourhood, the project became contraversial through the Development Permit process. BGA worked with the client group to provide the desired parking and unit count that council supported. This homage to mid-century design intended to blend into the neighbourhood transitioning the row-house multi-plex form into the single family neighbourood. These units will provide cost-effective housing while providing a dignifying street-front, stoops and small yards.
