Located in the evolving North End on Clement Ave, a major roadway in the heart of Downtown Kelowna, Savoy proposes a simple building form that frames itself to the streets that surround it. The project combines condominium homes and street-oriented townhouses within a thoughtfully planned multi-family community that emphasizes walkability to, from and for the Downtown Core of Kelowna. Featuring a swooping canopy and large block forms that then have patios carved into them, the building provides a simple and elegant massing to front and anchor the street corner, providing a base point from which other similar building types built in the future can begin to speak to one another.
