Stollery Suites was the first phase of a multi-phase phase development aimed at re-animating an overlooked and rarely-utilized civic square with a variety of commercial and residential uses. It was a collaboration between the City of Kamloops, BC Housing, ASK Wellness and Arpa Investments, and in addition to providing 43 social housing units, the building also houses the new offices of ASK Wellness on the ground floor. It features under-building parking, a common roof-top patio overlooking the square, and the building is also equipped with infrastructure for a future rooftop solar array.
