This renovation began with an existing serpentine mid-century building that had been retrofitted multiple times since it's inception. As the future home of a Comfort Inn, BGA worked with the developer to provide 86 units with a dramatic superstructure which stands over the existing form. Complete with a new restaurant and updated pool.
