Located in Kelowna’s Cultural District, this 54-unit condominium was designed to reflect the scale and rhythm of neighboring residences and mixed-use commercial-industrial. A series of ground-oriented townhomes express sensitivity to pedestrian activity along St Paul, while a featured brick mural on Clement incorporates a playful pattern for passing motorists.  Above street level boasts a large communal terrace directed at Knox Mountain to the north, with sightlines of Lake Okanagan to the west. As the building steps back above the podium, warm wood tones accent a series of recessed balconies which provide both privacy and expression. The multitude of outdoor spaces culminates with top floor private terraces with panoramic views. Finding commonality between modern living and materiality, the St Paul provides an attractive residence for downtown Okanagan living.
