A 4-storey Student Housing mixed-use development located in the heart of Rutland’s commercial district. An efficient building that incorporates a 4,725 square foot Commercial space with parking at grade, and 22,300 square foot 22-unit residence that accommodates 84 students. The project marries modern efficiency of design with an historical street presence.
