Located on the edge of Kelowna’s industrial downtown area, Clement Business Park provides a mixed- use project that houses a broad mix of Brew houses, retail, office and gym occupants, and serves as a transitional development between the residential and fully industrial zones in the area. The architecture of the three buildings has incorporated an historic industrial flavour through use of industrial design elements, massing, brick cladding, and steel accents while maintaining a thoughtful contemporary aesthetic at the prominent corners and street level of the project that creates a vibrant addition to the area.
