Located in the heart of Kelowna’s Pandosy district, the 3-storey McKay office building is situated adjacent to the McKay Park access. The McKay building planning phase occurred over the course of a few years and a number of different building types and uses. With the building maximizing the smaller lot and covered parking, the building design allowed for large, stepped terraces for access to outdoor shared terraces. Currently the building is occupied by 2 larger tenants, Golder & Associates and CEFA Daycare. The developer and BGA together created an original exterior building aesthetic by combining alternating cladding materials and colours.
